What it does
- Pulls merged PRs, sent mail and notes from the week
- Writes wins, blockers and next week's plan
- Leaves it as a draft for you to edit

Every Friday afternoon, write my weekly report: what shipped (from my GitHub commits and PRs), key conversations (from email), blockers, and next week's priorities. Keep it to bullet points and show it to me as a draft. Do not send, post, buy or delete anything without asking me first. If a source is unavailable or stale, say so instead of guessing.
Suggested routine schedule
Fridays at 3:00 PM

GitHub, Gmail or Outlook
