A morning summary of what actually needs you in your inbox.
What it does
- Reads email from the last 24 hours via your mail connector
- Groups messages into needs-reply, FYI and ignorable
- Drafts suggested replies for the top items without sending them
Copy-paste prompt
Every weekday morning, read my email from the last 24 hours. Give me a digest: (1) messages that need a reply from me, with a one-line suggested response, (2) FYI items, (3) newsletters and notifications I can skip. Keep it under 300 words. Do not send, post, buy or delete anything without asking me first. If a source is unavailable or stale, say so instead of guessing.
Suggested routine schedule
Weekdays at 7:30 AM
Connectors needed
Gmail or Outlook
